Thank you for answering our questions.

From what you’ve told us it’s unlikely that Kent Homeless Connect could help you, or the person you’re supporting, at this time. We know that this can seem like bad news, but it’s important to find the right service for your needs and individual circumstances.

Our service is not suitable for everyone, so we’ve highlighted some other options for you below.

If you aren’t sure who to contact, or you need to talk through your situation and support needs, or those of someone you’re working with, please don’t hesitate to ring 0800 567 7699 free at any time.

If you have already been referred but your circumstances have changed or you need some specific support while you’re waiting to hear from us please call the helpline 0800 56 7699

If you’ve used the service before, and you need to talk to us about receiving further support please call 0800 567 7699.

If you are a professional with an enquiry about a referral you have made into Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, Maidstone or Thanet please call 0800 567 7699. If you are a professional with an enquiry about a referral you have made into Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Swale, Tonbridge & Malling or Tunbridge Wells please call 07464 928157 or email KHCadultreferrals@lookahead.org.uk.
