We work across local authority boundaries to help vulnerable adults in Kent who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Information for professionals

Porchlight and Look Ahead each lead a network of other homelessness support providers. They work with Kent County Council to develop services and provide a holistic approach to supporting homeless individuals and those who are at risk of homelessness who have multiple needs.
